Paul Skones writes to tell us of Dave Ott's death last October:
"Dave had been struggling with prior health conditions and recently made tremendous strides to improve his lifestyle in terms of health. Dave wanted to continue his passion of being a DJ during the pandemic, so he took the steps to become fully vaccinated for his safety as well as others. Regardless, he passed away from Covid-19 complications.
"Dave loved the dance community and truly felt it was his calling to serve in music as a DJ. Dave was one of our brethren and will be missed as a friend, dancer, DJ and one who truly loved being a part of the dance community."
