New Kindergarten Photo, Early Faculty List

Wander on over to our Facebook page and help ID some of the little kids! And guess what else your blogger found: a short-lived weekly paper called the Parkland Times, which describes the newly-formed Franklin Pierce district and how cramped the original schools were. Parkland first-graders were even in the Sunday school rooms at Trinity Lutheran! Here are snips from articles about faculty in 1949 and 1950. You may recognize some names, either from grade school or from when the instructors moved to the new junior highs or high school. (Sorry, there's some overlap in the Parkland school lists.)
