Reports Wanda Craig: I am still married to my wonderful husband, Dave, going on 48 years in August. Our 4 girls are doing well in their career choices and our oldest granddaughter is a receptionist in the veterinary field, just like me. I have worked the in the veterinary field for 32 years and I'm retiring on July 31. I have been working with one of our classmates from the 1970 class, Dr Susan Shirley, for the past 5 years and for 14 years from 1986 to 2000. It has been a rewarding career, seeing how our pets are taken care of and the improvements in veterinary medicine over the years.
Our second granddaughter is pursuing a career as an Aerospace Engineer through Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Arizona. Our grandson will be a Junior at Rogers High School this year and is an avid football player and fan. Our youngest granddaughter will be in the 3rd grade this year and loves music and singing. She is going to Cheer School right now and is excited to cheer our Rogers Rams to victory.
Now that I'm retiring, we will be able to do some travelling with no time limitations. In August, we are planning a road trip to visit Dave's family in his home town, Canton, Ohio. We will be taking some side trips to see some of the sites along the way and while we are in Ohio
